Rail Head Treatment Train 2008

DRS Class 37s were again in charge but singly, running round at Holyhead. Timings were similar to 2007 

The season started a week later than last year, the first week's duties were performed by 37 259. This is the scene on the initial run, on Tuesday 14th October.


37 423 took over for week two, seen here passing Bangor on 21st October


And again two days later through the wind and rain


We visited the Conwy Feast food festival on Saturday 25th October, where we watched 37 423 return
