I sprint down the road and over the bridge for a better angle before our star
reverses to enter the sidings.
And then back to the station and over the footbridge again.
Canadian Pacific waits to be fed and watered. In the distance I spot
what appears to be a Mr Whippy ice-cream van on rails but soon realize
it's a class 175 unit. I walk back along platform 4 and board it to join Rowan
at Crewe.
