First North Western Class 47 haulage 2002
Booked traction was an EWS class 47, with some variation coming in as Voyagers
took over from Virgin 47s. 47 750 Atlas pauses at Bangor on
2nd August.
Clagfest on 7th August!
At the end of the summer timetable this turn was replaced by an early morning
Bangor to Manchester run, returning to Holyhead as the 17:19. But on 1st November,
FNW reintroduced the summer diagram while retaing the Manchester one. 47
