On 19th June 2004 Pathfinder Tours ran a charter to Holyhead. A pair of class
33s were the original choice but TPWS problems caused them to be substituted
by class 37s. The special is seen here arriving at Bangor.

A nicely weathered 37 689 was piloting the train, its livery
matching the day's weather.

The train engine was 37 667

37 689 is also leading on the return, seen here at Talybont after
leaving Bangor
