Rail Elite is a photographic site. The photos are mainly taken on the North Wales Coast and North West but I travelled to other parts of Britain and Ireland. Over last few years, the British & Irish railway network had changed a lot. Scenes such as class 47s & 87s on Virgin are now all over with. I have taken my first train photo when I was 16 in 1998.
2008 and the future...
Rail Elite is in its 10th
year! Apart from preserved lines and railtours are not
much left in Britain for
enthusiasts. Also new Intercity
DMUs entering service in Ireland this year. I
will never
go to Crewe again because there are too many Voyagers &
Pendolinos around.
