14:33 - 47792 Robin Hood (was Saint Cuthbert) calls with ATW's 1K67 12:45 Holyhead - Crewe.
It is one of nine of these locos that were given unsuccessful "life extension
overhauls". This train is now worked by a unit.

The other HST used on the coast today was 43094 seen departing from the
rear of the 1A77 13:41 Holyhead - London Euston, 43065 was at the front.
All other diesel worked Virgin trains are very nasty Voyagers.

I rode the 2N97 15:49 to Manchester with 31602 CHIMAERA at the
front

I got off at Manchester Piccadilly in order to catch the 17:19 which is a 47
back home, 31602 seen departing from the front.
19:46 - 47732 Restormel is seen at Bangor on its final journey to
Holyhead, before working the 07:45 to Crewe tomorrow then store!!
